About this role
At GoodOaks Sussex South we do weekends differently. You tell us when you can work – and we guarantee to pay you for it. We are looking for weekend Care Professionals in Brighton and Hove. Saturdays and Sundays, 7am–2pm. £17 an hour, mileage paid between visits, full training given. Guaranteed pay, not guaranteed shifts Most care work asks you to be available and then pays you only for what turns up. We do it the other way round. Tell us the hours you can be available at weekends. We guarantee to pay you 40% of them – whether the work comes in or not. Offer us 10 hours on a Saturday and 4 of those are paid, guaranteed. Get booked for more and you are paid for more. No chasing shifts. No empty weeks.…
