About this role
We are looking for a highly intelligent, highly independent AI Marketing Builder to help grow a luxury South Florida real estate brand focused on ultra high net worth clients and waterfront property opportunities. This is not a standard marketing role. You will work directly with an entrepreneur building a sophisticated lead generation ecosystem using AI tools, automation, databases, newsletters, websites, market intelligence, and targeted outreach. Your work will help position the brand as a trusted authority in the South Florida waterfront real estate market while generating qualified investor and buyer meetings.
