Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Graduate Programs & Strategic Partnerships, the Associate Director of Graduate Programs will direct recruitment and outreach activities for the College of Science and Engineering’s graduate programs (both degree- and non-degree). Under limited supervision, this position will expand marketing and recruitment efforts to diversify and strategically grow Seaver College’s graduate student population in alignment with the college’s strategic plan. Position Specific Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive and effective recruitment strategy resulting in achievement of enrollment targets for all graduate and certificate programs in the Co llege of Science and Engineering.
