ABOUT THE ROLE
Luminovo builds software that powers the electronics supply chain. Our customers — OEMs, EMS providers, and PCB suppliers — use our platform to manage BOMs, sourcing, and component data in one place. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who can own a portfolio of these accounts and turn them into long-term, growing partnerships.
This is a strategic role, not a support queue. You'll need to understand how your customers run their supply chains well enough to show them a better way — and have the commercial instinct to grow the accounts you manage.
Hybrid from our Munich or Berlin office.
