ABOUT THE ROLE Luminovo builds software that powers the electronics supply chain. We're bringing our European success story to North America and looking for a Customer Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of OEM and EMS accounts across the US, Canada, and Mexico. You'll work with customers along the entire lifecycle — onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. This is a pioneer role on our North American team: you'll shape how we do customer success in this market, not just execute an existing playbook. Hybrid from Austin, TX.
