About this role
Responsabilidades: Levantamiento de Requerimientos: Colaborar con los Product Owners y stakeholders para analizar, documentar y priorizar historias de usuario e hitos de negocio. Facilitación Ágil: Participar activamente en la gestión de proyectos bajo Scrum/Agile, coordinando las ceremonias del equipo (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective). Control y Seguimiento: Mantener actualizados los planes de trabajo, cronogramas y tableros de avance (Jira/Azure DevOps), identificando bloqueos y riesgos operativos. Documentación y Reporteo: Elaborar reportes de avance, resúmenes ejecutivos y dashboards de métricas operativas de los proyectos. Coordinación Técnica: Servir de puente entre equipos de desarrollo, infraestructura, seguridad y QA para asegurar el flujo adecuado de las entregas.…
