About this role
The Role: We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our engineering team as a senior individual contributor and technical leader. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building and shipping software while also helping a team make better technical decisions. You’ll work across the stack-from React applications and Python services to AWS infrastructure and system architecture. You’ll own complex technical initiatives, help shape how our systems evolve, and provide guidance and mentorship to engineers across the team. This role will also include some customer-facing exposure. You may occasionally work directly with customers to understand technical requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, gather feedback, or help communicate how our technology solves their needs.…
