Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. ____________________ Regal Rexnord is seeking a results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and facilities operations at our 130k sq. ft. manufacturing site in Morehead, KY. The facility supports grinding, machining and assembly operations including lathes, mills, bearing race grinders, powder coating, and passivation processes across multiple shifts. Oversee a Visual Daily Management approach with a department relevant SQDC metrics. This role is accountable for advancing a robust Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategy with a strong focus on closing preventive maintenance gaps, improving equipment reliability, and reducing unplanned downtime.…
