Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to: Greet and welcome all guests in a professional manner. Ensure the bar is properly stocked with supplies necessary for service. Replenish ice coolers, garnish trays, straws, and napkins holders. Ensure bar equipment and supplies are clean and in working order. Assist with inventories and requisitions to restock bar items. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards Anticipate the guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.
