Job Summary The Restaurant Busser is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant to include the tables, service areas, and aisle ways in a restaurant. Job Description • Communicates with server on guest departure. • Communicates effectively and engages with guest when possible using polite phrases during interactions. • Answers basic questions regarding menu ingredients and preparation. • Resets tables following the dining standards which include de-crumbing and removing debris from tables, chairs and floor area. • Separates all dishware, flatware, and glassware. • Delivers and empties full bus carts to appropriate dishing area. • Polishes all dishware, flatware and glassware. • Responsible for heavy stocking of necessary food products, glassware, silverware and supplies.…
